Who's Most Likely To?

Last updated: July 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Jacob ("the developer", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the Who's Most Likely To? Android application ("the App"). We have written it in plain language so you can quickly understand what we do and do not do with your data.

1. Data we do NOT collect

The App does not require an account, does not ask for an email address, does not request your real name, and does not collect any content you create. All gameplay data — questions, settings, and your local statistics — is stored exclusively on your device and is not sent to our servers (we do not operate any servers for this App).

2. Data that IS processed (through Google AdMob)

To keep the App free, we display advertising served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd.). AdMob may process the following information from your device in order to deliver ads and measure their performance:

  • Google Advertising ID (GAID).
  • Coarse IP address (truncated by Google).
  • Device and app information (model, OS version, app version).
  • Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks, video views).
  • Banner-format advertising shown within the App (Google AdMob banner units).

You can read more about how Google uses data from partner sites and apps here.

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time from your device's settings: Settings → Google → Ads.

3. EEA, UK and Switzerland consent

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App will show a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform, "UMP") the first time you open it. You can accept, reject, or change your choice at any time from your device's Google settings. We do not serve personalised advertising to users who have not granted consent.

4. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. The "Spicy" question category, which is intended for adult audiences, is protected by an in-app age gate that requires the user to confirm they are 18 or older before any of its content is shown. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us using the email address below so we can assist you.

5. In-app purchases and payments

The current version of the App is entirely free and does not contain any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. If this changes in a future version, this section will be updated before the change is released.

6. Data retention

Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, we do not retain any of it. Local data stored on your device (settings, scores, remembered player names) can be erased at any time from the App's Settings screen, or by uninstalling the App.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/EEA), the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA (California), or the LGPD (Brazil). These rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Because we do not hold your data on our servers, fulfilling most of these rights can be done directly inside the App or by uninstalling it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The most current version will always be available at this URL, and the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly. If a change is material, we will display a notice inside the App before it takes effect.

9. Contact
